• The population data provided is for informational and official purposes only
• Reports generated from the system remain the property of the municipality

6. Data Accuracy and Integrity

While we strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the data in the system.

• Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data they enter
• We reserve the right to correct errors in the system
• Data should be used for reference and official purposes

7. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the ISIP system at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Unauthorized access or security breaches
• Inactive accounts (after a period of inactivity)

The ISIP system is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability: The system is provided without warranty of merchantability
• Fitness for Purpose: Not guaranteed to meet all user needs
• Uninterrupted Access: May experience downtime or interruptions
• Error-Free Operation: May contain errors or bugs

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Municipality of San Enrique shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from unauthorized access to the system
• Reliance on the accuracy or completeness of system data

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the system after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
