About Internet-based System for Information on Population (ISIP)
The Municipality of San Enrique, Iloilo recognizes that accurate and timely population data is the cornerstone of effective governance, evidence-based policy-making, and sustainable community development. To address these challenges, the Provincial Population Office – San Enrique, the Local Government Unit of San Enrique, and the Action-based Youth Advocates Network (ABYAN) have come together to initiate the Internet-based System for Information on Population (ISIP). This pioneering project introduces a centralized, secure, and web-accessible platform designed to store, manage, and analyze demographic data efficiently.
Through ISIP, barangays, municipal offices, and community stakeholders will be able to seamlessly collect, update, and share accurate information in real time. By leveraging internet-based infrastructure, population records will no longer be tied to a single physical location — eliminating risks of data loss and ensuring critical information remains accessible to authorized users anytime, anywhere. The system also promotes consistency and integrity of data by unifying reporting formats, automating computations, and integrating analytics tools for demographic profiling and trend analysis.
